Green Sea Agriculture Co., Ltd. (GSA) has owned the area of 100,852
Ha of economic concession land in a period of 70 years and it
possibly prolongs longer. The land it located about 500Km from Phnom
Penh capital city to the north-eastern part of the country since
1999. The road from Phnom Penh capital to the area will take about
4-5 hours. It is positioned in the districts of Siem Pang and Stung
Treng in the province of Stung Treng. GSA has made its own master
plan for the investment project of agro-industrial crop plantation
development and processing. Leading the company is H.E Dr. Oknha
Mong Reththy - Chairman. GSA has built a large camp of development projects there, especially the construction of 100 houses, school, health care center for workers and their families with free of charge. At the current time, GSA has planted Acacia in the area about 500 ha, Rubber plantation in 300 ha, Jatropha in 200 ha, Cassava in 100 ha, Sugarcane in 100 ha and etc. GSA has still been in the stage of recruiting the potential local and foreign investors and businessmen to come and make joint venture for the whole land area. The area also owns coal, gold, iron and other minerals. Sixty percent of the area is covering with thick, thin and devastated forests. The area is very good investing the potential businesses such as Agriculture, Agro-Industry, Business, Energy, Water Supply, Water Resources, Eco-Tourism, Mineral Resources, Wilf Life and etc. At present, GSA has invested about US$5 million into the investment project of the area.
